These Terms govern your access to and use of QuestionForge. By creating an account, using the product, or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

The service

  • QuestionForge turns user-provided learning content into quizzes, flashcards, summaries, study guides, and practice exams. Supported inputs may include PDFs, PPTX files, DOCX files, pasted text, and URLs.
  • The product is intended for study, training, and productivity use by students, teachers, professionals, certification learners, and corporate training teams.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs under your login.
  • You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create security or payment risk.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of content you upload or paste into the product.
  • You grant us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, including extraction, AI generation, storage, export, support, safety, and abuse-prevention operations.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and generate study materials from the content you provide.

Third-party content and URL imports

  • Only import URLs, files, transcripts, or text that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process. Do not use QuestionForge to bypass third-party platform restrictions or import YouTube or other platform content without proper official authorization.
  • You may not use QuestionForge to scrape protected content, download third-party media, import transcripts without authorization, or violate the terms of YouTube or any other third-party platform.
  • Where a third-party platform requires an official API, OAuth consent, license, or other authorization, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is properly authorized before importing that content.

AI provider disclosure

  • QuestionForge is an independent study-material generation tool. It uses third-party AI providers, including Alibaba Cloud DashScope and DeepSeek-compatible APIs, to transform user-provided content into quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and practice questions. QuestionForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these AI model providers.
  • Model names shown in the product or marketing materials identify technical integrations only and do not imply official partnership, endorsement, certification, or sponsorship.

AI-generated output

  • AI-generated study materials may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific exam, course, employer, jurisdiction, or professional requirement.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for study, teaching, certification, training, or professional decisions.
  • The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, academic-admission, or professional certification advice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass platform terms, process content you do not have permission to use, or generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexual, illegal, or exploitative content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, overload the platform, bypass usage limits, scrape non-public areas, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not present generated answers as verified facts without review.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

  • Paid plans, checkout, invoices, tax handling, payment methods, subscription status, and related payment operations may be processed by Stripe, Creem, or another hosted payment provider where configured.
  • Manual Alipay or WeChat Pay options, when offered, are manually confirmed and do not provide automatic subscription activation, invoicing, renewal, cancellation, or refund handling.
  • Prices and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.
  • Subscription cancellation, billing questions, or refund requests can be sent to support. Refund handling may depend on the transaction, subscription status, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • We may modify features, limits, pricing, models, providers, or these Terms as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on generated content.
